Capital Performance

Meet The Team

Capital Performance was founded in 2022 with the vision of empowering people to change their physical health for the better, whether that be for athletes playing sport at the highest level, the weekend warrior aiming to realise their own personal goals or the individual that simply wants to be pain free or to begin exercising.

  • Founder

With a keen interest in GAA, Moss began working with the Dublin senior hurling team in 2014 and became head physio in 2019, finishing up in 2022. Moss then went to work with the Dublin ladies football team enjoying All Ireland success with the group in 2023.

Alongside his work in the GAA, Moss was introduced to the GAIN network by GAIN contributor, friend and colleague Domhnaill Fox, through which Moss has worked alongside practitioners of world renown in implementing procedures to maximise the athletic performance of the teams he has worked with. His role in coordinating the strength and conditioning programmes for these teams alongside his role as physiotherapist has contributed to the development of Moss’ expertise in injury prevention and management, return to play and athletic performance strategies, ultimately culminating in the creation of Capital Performance.

Outside of the GAA Moss is an avid golfer and is athletic development coach to a number of Ireland’s top golfers including current tour pros Conor Purcell & Max Kennedy. Having stepped away from Dublin GAA in 2024, he now specialises in physical health interventions aimed at golfers who struggle with injuries and want to improve their fitness, strength and club head speed. To find out how Moss can help your golf game check out our golf-fitness section.

Moss graduated from UCD with a first class honours degree in 2013. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and along with his role as physiotherapist and trainer, he also has a keen interest in psychology and is currently studying an MSc in Sports and Exercise Psychology at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown.

Moss has rehabilitated and trained children and adolescents, weekend warriors and elite sports people, parents and grandparents who just want to be pain free, get fit or get stronger as they get older.

At Capital Performance, every body is welcome.
